Return & Exchange Guidelines
✔ Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
✔ Product Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
✔ Non-Returnable Items: Customized, engraved, made-to-order, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
✔ Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures for a free replacement.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at rimazstore.pk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will proceed with the approved refund or exchange.
Refund Policy
✔ Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or provided as store credit (as applicable).
✔ Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to be processed.
✔ Shipping Charges: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
